Today we consume an average of 200 calories less a day than we did 80 years ago, yet as much as 60% of our population is considered overweight. Most of the calories consumed are from calorie dense foods which are high glycemic carbohydrates and fats.

In studies by Agriculture/Agra Food Canada there is less useable land for agriculture and the soil has become nutrient-deficient causing the nutritional value of our grown food to be only 20% as nutritious as it was 80 years ago.

Many people eat on the run and consume convenient nutrient-deficient foods. If you are not consuming a proper balance of carbohydrates, proteins and fats, each meal, every 2 hours throughout the day, then chances are you are deficient in one or more nutrients, which affects your ability to burn fat and gain muscle.

Based upon these and our own studies, TopShape has devised a comprehensive nutritional program that includes supplementation. TopShape focuses on providing their clients with only proven and trusted products.
